In SWU, we can offer Ziyun Building, International Students’ Dormitory, Nanyuan Dormitory as well as Meiyuan Dormitory for international students. Ziyun Building has single room (7000 Yuan per person per semester; 12000 per person per year) and double room, (5000 Yuan per person per semester; 9000 per person per year) public kitchen, laundry, gym, badminton court and so on. The accommodation fee of International Students’ Dormitory is the same with the former, and the latter also has public kitchen and laundry.
Free accommodation is offered to CSC-, CIS-sponsored and certain exchange program students. For those students, there is no need to book the room in advance. We will arrange them to live in Ziyun Building or International Students’ Dormitory. Free accommodation starts on Sept. 2. Early check-in students will be charge 80 Yuan per day for a single room or 60 Yuan per day per person in a double room.
SWU President Scholarship Students, SWU “New Silk Road” Scholarship Students as well as International College Scholarship Students are supposed to reside in Meiyuan Dormitory. The charging standard of Meiyuan Dormitory is as follows:
Quad room: 1500 Yuan per person per semester; 3000 Yuan per person per year;
All SWU President Scholarship Students, SWU “New Silk Road” Scholarship Students as well as International College Scholarship Students are supposed to reside in Meiyuan Dormitory in the first year. In the second year, all SWU President Scholarship Students, SWU “New Silk Road” Scholarship Students as well as International College Scholarship Students can rent a room on or off campus. But all SWU President Scholarship Students, SWU “New Silk Road” Scholarship Students as well as International College Scholarship Students cannot apply for Ziyun Building or International Students’ Dormitory.
Exchange students are supposed to reside in Nanyuan Dormitory. The charging standard of Nanyuan Dormitory is as follows:
Double room: 5000 Yuan per person per semester; 9000 Yuan per person per year;
Keycard cash pledge: 100 Yuan per person; water & electricity pre-payment: 500 Yuan per person;
Self- sponsored students who want to live in Nanyuan or Meiyuan Dormitory should submit application by sending an email to us before Aug. 20. We will arrange SWU President Scholarship Students, SWU “New Silk Road” Scholarship Students, Exchange students as well as International College Scholarship Students to live in Meiyuan or Nanyuan in advance. If there are available rooms after arrangement, we will arrange self-sponsored students to live in Meiyuan or Nanyuan Dormitory according to the application sequence. All self-sponsored students are not supposed to apply to live in Ziyun Building or International Students’ Dormitory.
